Rating by category:
The staff, in particular the front desk personnel and the man who ran the cafeteria were excellent. The hot breakfast items were good. The hotel is generally clean. The location was very convenient for me, as it is quite close to the Tucson Medical Clinic (TMC), where I had undergone a medical procedure. Excellent deal for the price.
The bathroom needed lots of work. The toilet seat was loose and not connected to the porcelain. The shower water handle was loose and impossible to adjust the water temperature. The shower stall walls had flecks of mildew all over them. Fix these problems and I would definitely recommend this facility.
The breakfast and the happy hour.
Trash in hall and overall cleanliness.
Pleasant layout, good breakfast and happy hour, reasonable price.
Noise. It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoke. I became sick from the smoke smell. Front desk insisted it was a non-smoke room even though I got sick from the smoke smell. Another person also could smell the smoke which came through the air-conditioner vent.
The place needs refurbishing. Its disappointing and depresing to have to be met by rooms that are sadly decorated and poorly furnished. Its destroying your Brand if I find that when I arrive its a dump. next time I will use another site.
update low flow toilets, friendly staff,
We were upgraded from a double queen room to a suite and enjoyed it so much we stayed 3 nights! Great rooms with excellent breakfast and the complimentary drinks and snacks at the end of the day were much appreciated. Great facilities and very friendly staff , a great place to stay.
The air conditioner was too noisy to sleep with it on. Fortunately , this wasn't really a problem in October, but would be an issue when it's hotter. ( If you need it to be quiet to sleep ).
Price was reasonable and location was best for our purpose.
Noisy A/C unit. P
This is a nice place, close to Trail Dust Town which is worth a visit and breakfast is yummy I love making my own waffles
Nothing we were on a thirty day road trip and found this to be a really good value stop for a couple of nights
Exactly what I want from a motel when I'm traveling on business. I dine away from the building for lunch and dinner but want a quick breakfast at the facility. Clean/Quiet.
The included breakfasts and "social hours", and the economical price. I also greatly appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
It was near my Aunt's home and she is 94. Our visit with her was easy because of the in house breakfast and the time it took to get to her home. It was also convenient to get to other places we wanted to visit. Our room was not as told since we had two queen beds rather than a King. Also the accessible bathroom did not have a roll in shower as we were told. My husband had to bathe at the sink rather than showering. That was a bit dissapointing. Otherwise if was an okay place.
Older, but clean. Complimentary breakfast and cocktails.
Older, just a little bit beat up.
Close to family and neighborhood was fine
Room needs a lot of repairs, never could get the secure internet as promised, lighting was very dark
The mandatory safe fee of $25 for a single night was bogus and not disclosed on this site. I'll never stay here again.
